Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): ₹99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): ₹199
- Same Day Delivery (within city limits): ₹299
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over ₹2000
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following locations:
- All states and Union Territories in India
- Major cities: Same day delivery available
- Remote areas: Standard shipping (7-10 business days)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available for orders above ₹500
Shipping times may vary for remote locations in Northeast India, Kashmir, and island territories. Additional charges may apply for certain remote areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us:
- Lost packages: Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe
- Damaged packages: Take photos and contact us immediately
- Wrong address: Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order
- Stolen packages: File a police report and contact us with the report number
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service for your convenience. COD is available for orders above ₹500. A nominal COD fee of ₹50 will be charged for this service. Payment can be made in cash to our delivery partner upon receipt of your order. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contactmagnetclothing@gmail.com. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes (for express and same-day delivery)
- Areas with restricted access or security issues
- International destinations (domestic India only)
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, shipping times may be extended due to high volume. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website.
