At Sri Magnet Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with our 15-day exchange policy.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging when possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
How to Return
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive your return authorization and shipping label
- Pack your items securely with all original materials
- Ship your return using the provided label
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason:
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
- Change of mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contactmagnetclothing@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
